v.1
Oh holy God
That you would rend the heavens
Oh that you would come down
That mountains might tremble
At your presence, Lord
And nations might quake at your name
v.2
We are your people
We have forgotten you
We have not called upon your name
And even our “good” deeds
Are like filthy garments, Lord
We are unclean before your face
(chorus)
No ear has heard
No eye has seen
A holy God like you
From days of old
Through eternity
There is none beside You
Lord we wait for You
v.3
You opened the heavens
Over Bethlehem, Lord
And as a baby you came down
You lived among us,
You healed and taught us
Your enemies hated your name
v.4
You died on the cross Lord
And how the mountains trembled
The nations crucified their king
Then in the temple
The curtain was torn asunder
And my bloody robes became as white
(final)
Oh holy God
That you did rend the heavens
Oh that you did come down

Oh, could you please please please put the audio of this song on the web? This has been a guiding passage for the Sr. High over the past 3 years. Where can I hear it?
I came across this song today as I have been in a Bible Study Fellowship study of Isaiah and the phrase” Rend the heavens “was new to me. Over the past few days, it has become my prayer for a son who is in a health crisis and has not found his hope in Christ. Is there a way that I would be able to hear this song. it is such an encouragement to me today! Thank you!
